Alpha Omega Family Adventures was hosted by Rudolph’s Lightshow. This does not affect the opinions shared. All opinions are our own.

Our family had the opportunity to experience the most magical Christmas light show around this past week. If you are looking for something special to do with your family in the Houston area, I would highly recommend Rudolph’s Lightshow: A Christmas Drive Thru. Our family is intending on making this a yearly tradition!

With over 1 million twinkling lights over a 1 mile stretch and 7 acres, all timed to sweet holiday music, this drive through light show is perfect. It is conveniently located on Bauer Road in Hockley, just about 30 minutes Northwest of Houston. This drive through light show lasts about 20-25 minutes depending on how fast the line moves, it is recommended to drive 2-3mph. (Side note: I would highly recommend going on a weeknight versus a weekend due to high volumes of cars).

This drive thru light show is perfect for sparking the holiday spirit! It is open from November 1st through January 3rd from 6:30-11pm everyday. So put your Christmas pajamas on, grab your blinking lightbulb necklaces (I found ours at Dollar Tree), load up the car and experience this fun show for yourselves! This year is the perfect year to head out to Rudolph’s Lightshow since so many of the other Christmas experiences in the Houston area have been cancelled due to COVID concerns. At Rudolph’s Lightshow, staying in your own vehicle is required. All employees are required to wear masks and the only time you actually need to speak to anyone is to scan in your ticket on your phone.

Tickets purchased ahead of time online are just $30 per vehicle! If purchased at the door, tickets are $40. We have been given a special code to for our readers to receive 10% off advance tickets using the code: ALPHAOMEGA

Rudolph’s Lightshow is very committed to supporting the community by partnering with groups, schools, churches, and PTA organizations giving a portion of sales to their causes.
